Abstract
There is provided a compound having Formula I: In the formula: R, R, R, and Rare the same or different and are H, D, F, CN, alkyl, fluoroalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, silyl, deuterated alkyl, deuterated partially-fluorinated alkyl, deuterated aryl, deuterated heteroaryl, deuterated silyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, fluoroalkoxy, siloxane, siloxy, deuteroalkoxy, deuteroaryloxy, deuterofluoroalkoxy, deuterosiloxane, or deuterosiloxy, with the proviso that at least one of Rand Ris heteroaryl or deuterated heteroaryl; R, R, R, R, R, and Rare the same or different at each occurrence and are D, F, CN, alkyl, fluoroalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, silyl, deuterated alkyl, deuterated partially-fluorinated alkyl, deuterated aryl, deuterated heteroaryl, deuterated silyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, fluoroalkoxy, siloxane, siloxy, deuteroalkoxy, deuteroaryloxy, deuterofluoroalkoxy, deuterosiloxane, or deuterosiloxy, where adjacent groups selected from R, R, R, and Rcan be joined together to form a fused ring; Ris the same or different at each occurrence and is alkyl, aryl, or deuterated analogs thereof, where two alkyl Rgroups can be joined together to make a cycloalkyl spiro ring, and where two Rphenyl groups can be joined to form a spiro fluorene group; a and b are the same or different and are 0 or 1, with the proviso that a+b≧1; x is an integer of 0-3; y is an integer of 0-4; and z is an integer of 0-5.
