Abstract
The present invention provides a heterocyclic compound represented by the following formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which X, R, Y, R, R, and Rare as defined herein. The compound of formula (I) inhibits a C-C chemokine receptor type 10 (CCR10) receptor and is useful as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for skin diseases.
