Abstract
An implant can include a core having a head portion and a stem portion extending from the head portion. The stem portion can include an intermediate threaded section, a first porous section located along the stem portion, and a second porous section located along the stem portion, wherein the intermediate threaded section of the stem separates the first porous section from the second porous section.
