Abstract

A method for managing the installation of an application on an electronic device is disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes seeking the authenticity of a second signature using the public authentication key of a certificate, the certificate being authenticated if at least one of the second sub-signatures is considered authentic during implementation of the search.
