Abstract
An OLED device and a preparation method thereof are provided by the present invention; the OLED device comprises an OLED device body and a protective layer which coats outside the OLED device body and is configured to package the OLED device body; the chemical formula of the protective layer is SiOCH, wherein the value of X is 0.5˜2.5, the value of Y is 0.5˜2.0, and the value of Z is 2˜8. In the present invention, the protective layer is deposited outside the OLED device to isolate water vapor.
