Abstract

Embodiments are provided for communicating reminders of pending tasks to users of electronic devices before the electronic devices lose battery power. According to certain aspects, an electronic device can generate () a battery trigger when the battery level decreases below a certain threshold. The electronic device retrieves () a listing of pending scheduled tasks, incomplete tasks, and routine tasks that a user may wish to complete. The electronic device presents () the listing of pending tasks to the user and enables the user to select () one or more of the pending tasks. The electronic device initiates () a corresponding application to enable the user to complete the selected pending task.
