Abstract

A CNT composite material includes a CNT group and carbon fibers dispersed in a matrix, the CNT composite material includes 0.01 wt % or more and 30 wt % or less of CNT aggregate. The CNT group includes a three dimensional network structure with a size of 10 μm or more and has a maximum distribution range of a differential pore volume of 0.01 μm or more and 10 μm or less in a range of 4 nm or more and 1000 μm or less of a pore diameter. The carbon fibers have a maximum distribution range of a differential pore volume of 1 μm or more and 100 μm or less in a range of 4 nm or more and 1000 μm or less of a pore diameter. A total specific surface area of the CNT aggregate and the carbon fibers is 10 m/g or more and 500 m/g or less.
