Abstract
A voltage stabilization apparatus () for a motor vehicle electrical system to stabilize at least one voltage-sensitive consumer () is proposed. The voltage stabilization apparatus is distinguished by a DC/DC converter circuit (), an energy storage device () and a changeover switch (), which are designed and arranged so that the energy storage device () is changeable by the DC/DC converter circuit () and the changeover switch () enables an electrical connection between the voltage-sensitive consumer () and the energy storage device () in such a way that the energy storage device () in case of need supplies a stabilization voltage (U) at the consumer ().
