Abstract
The present invention relates generally to methods and compositions useful for application to skin and hair comprising hydrolyzed algae extract, saccharide isomerate, and a dermatologically acceptable vehicle wherein the composition or method is capable of moisturizing and/or improving the appearance and/or condition of skin and/or hair.
