Abstract
An embodiment of an multilayer ceramic capacitor with interposer includes: an interposerhaving an insulated substrate, two first conductor pads, two second conductor padsand two conductor viasconnecting the first conductor padsand second conductor pads; and a multilayer ceramic capacitorhaving external electrodesthat are each connected to each first conductor padof the interposervia solder SOL. Each conductor viaof the interposerhas a through holeinside, and a void GA not filled with the solder SOL is present in each through holeon the second conductor padside. The multilayer ceramic capacitor with interposer is capable of suppressing noise due to electrostriction.
