Abstract

A liquid crystal device comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, an insulating film, and a first, second, and third translucent electrode. The second substrate is disposed facing the first substrate. The first translucent electrode is disposed between the second substrate and the first substrate. The second translucent electrode is disposed between the first translucent electrode and the first substrate. The insulating film is disposed between the second translucent electrode and the first substrate. The third translucent electrode is disposed between the insulating film and the first substrate.
