Cover () is mounted on wall surface () on the front side of cylinder block (). Sub gallery () through which engine oil flows is formed between cover () and wall surface (). Chain tensioner () is mounted on cover (), and the engine oil in sub gallery () is supplied to chain tensioner () through oil supply port () formed through cover ().
