Abstract
A laundry treatment device () includes a casing () with a front wall () defining a continuous front surface (). The front surface () has a laundry opening () to load and/or unload a laundry treatment chamber () contained in the casing (). The casing () includes a panel aperture () having an edge defining a closed curve. A control panel assembly () is provided for controlling operation of the laundry treatment device (). The control panel assembly includes an outer dashboard () which is structured to be coupled to the front wall () at the panel aperture () and to be operated by a user. The outer dashboard includes a dashboard external portion (). The portion () is, in an assembled configuration, external to the casing, visible and accessible to a user. A drawer () is provided as well as a drawer seat () to house the drawer. The drawer seat is fixed or fixable to the front wall so that the drawer is coupled in a retractable manner to the front wall (). The drawer seat () is an integral piece of the external dashboard portion () forming an outer dashboard assembly ().
