Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of making up and/or caring for the skin and is targeted in particular at providing a fluid care and/or make-up cosmetic composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion dedicated to the skin comprising a fatty phase, an aqueous phase and at least one dimethicone copolyol, the aqueous phase forming 40 to 60% by weight, with respect to the total weight of the composition, and comprising at least 5% by weight, with respect to the total weight of the composition, of at least one Cto Cmonoalcohol.
