Abstract
A first electrode patternand a second electrode pattern, each composed of an opaque conductive fine line and a blank partpartitioned by the conductive fine line, have line segmentsof the conductive fine lines, that face each other across a substrate, and the conductive fine linein one of the first electrode patternand the second electrode patternis formed narrower in line width than that in the other of the first electrode patternand the second electrode patternonly at the facing line segment, thereby designed to have a non-uniform width.
