Abstract
A battery control device () includes: a measurement unit () that measures a voltage of a secondary battery; a control unit () that initiates a charging process of performing charging until the voltage of the secondary battery reaches a second reference value greater than a first reference value in a case where a voltage measured by the measurement unit () is less than the first reference value; and an adjustment unit () that receives a degree of deterioration of the secondary battery as first adjustment information that becomes a reference for adjustment of a hysteresis width that is determined on the basis of the first reference value and the second reference value, and adjusts the hysteresis width on the basis of the first adjustment information that is received.
