Abstract
An orthopedic prosthesis () including an implant body () defining a number of suture anchor attachment locations (), and a plurality of suture anchors () each including one or more suture (S) extending from an anchor portion () that is engaged with a select one of the suture anchor attachment locations () to selectively attach a corresponding one of the suture anchors () to the implant body (). A method of using the orthopedic prosthesis () is also provided.
