Abstract
A frequency-variable hand rubbed-type motor speed reduction clutch apparatus, and a washing machine. The clutch apparatus includes: an input shaft () connected to a motor rotor (); a dehydration shaft (); and a clutch apparatus housing () in which the input shaft () and the dehydration shaft () are mounted. A braking wheel () and a braking belt () fitted to the braking wheel () are disposed on the dehydration shaft (). A dehydration shaft sleeve () rotating together with the input shaft () is mounted on the input shaft (). A clutch shaft sleeve () sliding up and down, and engaging with or separated from the dehydration shaft sleeve () is mounted on the dehydration shaft (). The braking belt () and the clutch shaft sleeve () are separately connected to a traction motor () by means of a control apparatus.
