Abstract
A transmission unit (), particularly for a wind power plant, which has a first planetary stage (), on the drive input side, a second planetary stage () and a third planetary stage (), on the drive output side, which are coupled with one another in such a manner that a torque from the drive input side can be divided between the first and the second planetary stages () and recombined in the third planetary stage (). The first, the second and the third planetary stages () have a common gearwheel carrier () which is mounted for rotation about a rotational axis of the transmission unit ().
