Abstract
The present invention relates to a device and method for monitoring movement and orientation of the device, comprising an imaging unit () for obtaining images over time, a holding means () for holding said imaging unit to obtain images from the surroundings of the device, and a processing unit () for detecting movement and orientation of the device by detecting changes in subsequently obtained images.
