Abstract
A control server () causes an analyzing section () to analyze (i) at least either of sensor information from a household sensor () and operation information on a household electric appliance and (ii) external information, and then originates a message to be directed to a user, the message being generated by a message generating section () in correspondence with the result of the analysis.
