Abstract
This application aims at providing a retainer of a cosmetic material and a method of manufacturing a cosmetic tool, which are capable of easily treating the cosmetic material even when decreasing a concentration of skin care ingredients of the cosmetic material produced by freeze-drying. A cosmetic tool () includes: a retainer () to include an annular frame () and a handle () for holding the frame (); and a cosmetic material () to be produced by freeze-drying an aqueous solution of skin care ingredients and fixed in a way that covers an aperture of the frame ().
