Abstract
The invention relates to a cutoff mechanism () for an optical module comprising a housing () and a driving motor () provided with an armature resistance and being arranged to cause the movement of a light beam cutoff shield (), said housing () being made of a plastic material, characterized in that said armature resistance is comprised between 25 and 120 Ohms.
