Abstract

A light-emitting section () and a transparent member () which is arranged on a side of a surface (SUF) of the light-emitting section () and exhibits transparency with respect to laser light (L) are provided, and the transparent member () includes a plurality of scattering microregions (MP) which isotropically scatter the laser light (L) passing therethrough and increase a light-emission spot size of the laser light (L).
