A crank-driven exercise device (). The crank-driven exercise device () includes a frame (), a spindle () rotatably connected to the frame (), a crank arm () connected to the spindle (), and a user input () connected to the crank arm () configured to receive a force from a user. In some embodiments, the crank arm () includes a proximal section () and a distal section ().
