Abstract

A solar module and manufacturing method for the solar module are provided which are able to reduce problems caused by thermal stress. The solar module () includes a solar cell (), a wiring member (), and an adhesive layer (). The wiring member () is arranged on a surface of the solar cell (). The adhesive layer () is made of resin. The adhesive layer () has wide portions () and narrow portions () along the longitudinal direction of the wiring member (). The solar module () has a region at least to the outside of the narrow portions () in which the wiring member () and the surface of the solar cell () face each other without an interposing adhesive layer ().
