Abstract
The present invention recognizes that there exists a long felt need for brush heads and brushes having material application and buffing properties. A first aspect of the present invention is a brush head. A second aspect of the present invention is a brush including a brush head of the present invention. A third aspect of the present invention is a method of making a brush head of the present invention. A fourth aspect of the present invention is a method of making a brush of the present invention.
