Abstract
The invention provides a method for controlled lighting of an area () with a lighting system (). The method comprises providing with the lighting system (), according to a predetermined time program, general lighting () during a predetermined general lighting period and colored lighting () during a predetermined first colored lighting period. The time program runs for at least 6 hours. Further, in the method a control unit () is applied, configured to control the lighting system () according to the predetermined time program.
