Abstract
An organic light emitting diode () includes a substrate (), a first electrode (), an emissive active stack (), and a second electrode (). At least one of the first and second electrodes () is a light extracting electrode () having a metallic layer (). The metallic layer () includes light scattering features () on and/or in the metallic layer (). The light extracting features () increase light extraction from the organic light emitting diode ().
