Abstract

An all-solid-state capacitor includes an inorganic solid electrolyte; and a pair of current collectors disposed so as to hold it in between. The inorganic solid electrolyte has a polycrystalline structure, and the all-solid-state capacitor satisfies a relationship given as: R<R<R, a relationship given as: C<C, and a relationship given as: C<Cin which, R, Rand Rare resistance components, and Rdenotes an intragrain resistance of the inorganic solid electrolyte, Rdenotes a grain-boundary resistance of the inorganic solid electrolyte and Rdenotes an interfacial resistance between the inorganic solid electrolyte and the current collector, and, C, Cand Care capacitance components, and Cdenotes an intragrain capacity of the inorganic solid electrolyte, Cdenotes a grain-boundary capacity of the inorganic solid electrolyte and Cdenotes an interfacial capacity between the inorganic solid electrolyte and the current collector.
