Abstract
A depalletization device () that is able to disassemble a pallet () that is made up of at least a number of layers (), includes: a loading/unloading device (), which is able to separate and extract a layer () from the pallet (); a first conveyor () that can be supplied with the layer () that is separated from the pallet () and is able to move the layer () forward; the depalletization device () also includes: a second conveyor (), which can be fed from the first conveyor () with an entire layer (); a pair of third conveyors () that are able to receive, one or the other alternatingly, the entire layer (); and actuator elements () that can be controlled to transfer the entire layer () from the second conveyor () to either of the third conveyors ().
