Abstract
A linear vibration actuator for which the positional accuracy of coils in the casing can be easily increased. A linear vibration actuator () in which a magnet () and a weight () are fixed. The magnet () and the shaft () form a magnetic circuit within a casing () causing reciprocating motion of the weight () and magnet (), via a coil () within a casing (). The linear actuator () includes a shaft () provided within the casing () and made from a magnetic material. A coil () is supported by the shaft () includes first and second coil parts () arranged parallel to an axial line L and wound in opposing directions. A ring-like magnet () surrounds the coil () and the shaft (). A weight is fixed to the magnet. A plate spring () biases the magnet () and the weight () along the shaft ().
