A modified polymer bodyhas a polymer bodycomposed of a polymer material containing a carbon-carbon double bond and first binding partsand second binding partsbound to the surface of the polymer body. The first binding partsare such that an organic grouphaving a functional group is bound via an isocyanuric acid skeletonto the surface of the polymer body.
