Abstract

An exercise assisting device includes a table shape body configured for a user to step on, a main body which supports the table shape body from below, and a hold body which is arranged on the main body. The hold body is configured to hold a trunk of the user as the user steps on the table shape body and a center of gravity of the user is positioned more forward of a step position provided on the table shape body. The exercise assisting device is configured to move the table shape body relative to the main body and/or the hold body relative to the main body while regulating a forward inclination of the user as the user uses the device.
