Abstract
A predictive network service provisioning method uses personal schedule information of a user [to predict the geographic/network location of the user, the operational context of a user, and/or the computation and communication needs of a user. These predicted user attributes may be used to reduce network latency by prepositioning user data [at a location [closer to the user, allocating services and/or resources for the user at the predicted location, and/or providing the user with access to the prepositioned personal data files [and services when requested by the user.
