Abstract
Objects of the invention are not to receive influence of an electromagnetic noise from a transformer and to reduce a possibility of breakage caused by shock or vibration. In a DC-DC converter apparatus of the invention, a shielding metal frameis placed between a transformerand a control circuit board assemblyA housed in a case. A plate springattached to the metal frameis pressed to coresof the transformerto fix the transformerto a bottom portionof the case. Heat generated from the transformeris transmitted to the metal frameand the bottom portionof the caseand is then radiated.
