Abstract
A winding wire () includes a first coil () formed by being wound N/2+α times between two predetermined slots () present in positions which are point-symmetrical with respect to a rotating shaft, and a second coil () formed by being wound N/2−α times between the two predetermined slots () which are the same as those between which the first coil () is formed, when a predetermined number of turns of the winding wire () between the predetermined slots is N.
