Abstract
This solar cell module () comprises a plurality of solar cell arrays (). Each solar cell array () includes a plurality of spherical semiconductor elements () arranged in a row, at least a pair of bypass diodes (), and a pair of lead members () that connect the plurality of spherical semiconductor elements () and the plurality of bypass diodes () in parallel. Each of the lead members () includes one or plural lead strings () to which the plurality of spherical semiconductor elements () are electrically connected and having a width less than or equal to the radius of the spherical semiconductor element (), and plural lead pieces () formed integrally with the lead strings () at least at both end portions of the lead member (), on which the bypass diodes () are electrically connected in reverse parallel to the spherical semiconductor elements (), and having width larger than or equal to the width of the bypass diodes ().
