Abstract

An artificial lens for an eye () is described. According to the present invention, an artificial lens for an eye is now provided, in which the focal width can change. This is realized according to the invention by providing the artificial lens with two or more media () that are flexible in shape as lens elements and that the two media that are flexible in shape stand in direct contact with one another. The media that are flexible in shape are preferably disposed in an uptake container forming a lens body ().
