Abstract
The present invention provides xanthine-substituted alkynyl carbamates/reverse carbamates and derivatives thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same that are selective antagonists of Aadenosine receptors (ARs). These compounds and compositions are useful as pharmaceutical agents.
