Abstract
A communication control method includes: transmitting, by a second radio base station () adjacent to a first radio base station (), an attribute value relating to a second cell () under control of the second radio base station () to the first radio base station; receiving, by the first radio base station, the attribute value relating to the second cell; comparing, by the first radio base station, the attribute value relating to the second cell with an attribute value relating to a first cell under control of the first radio base station; and executing, by the first radio base station, processing for matching the attribute value relating to the second cell with the attribute value relating to the first cell in accordance with a predetermined criterion when the received attribute value relating to the second cell is different from the attribute value relating to the first cell.
