A portion of a vacuum chamberthat includes a targetis linked to a main body portionof the chamber through a linking memberas a movable chamber portion. A fixed anodeis provided between the targetand the electrodeat the final stage from among a group of electrodesandfor electrostatically accelerating and converging electrons from an electron sourceand is fixed to the main body portionof the chamber in order to prevent the form of the electrical field from changing when the movable chamber portionis shifted.
