Abstract
The present invention relates to a configuration method of a multifunctional particulate filter (MFPF), capable of reducing the content of particulate material (PM), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC), and increasing the content of nitrogen dioxide (NO). The MFPF may coat zeolite and an oxidation catalyst on both exhaust gas intake/discharge sides simultaneously, so as to minimize the slippage of HC and generate high-concentration NO.
