Abstract
A cathode material for a lithium secondary battery, including fibrous carbon and a plurality of cathode active material particles bonded to a surface of the fibrous carbon. The cathode active material particles are composed of olivine-type LiMPOwhere M represents one or more kinds of elements selected from Fe, Mn, Ni, and Co. Also disclosed is a method of producing the cathode material and a lithium secondary battery.
