Abstract
A sensor assembly () for a fluid meter () is provided. The sensor assembly () comprises a sensor assembly body () and one or more circumferential grooves () formed in the sensor assembly body (). Two or more retaining components () are removably coupled together around at least one of the one or more circumferential grooves () with a portion of the two or more retaining components engaging the circumferential groove. A flange () is also provided that surrounds at least a portion of the sensor assembly body () and is retained around the sensor assembly body () by the first and second retaining components ().
