An electromechanical actuator for a vehicle brake, the actuator comprising first and second portionsandthat are separable. The first portionincludes an electric motorand connection structurefor connecting the actuator to an external control structure. The second portionincluding a slidable pusher, the second portionalso including measurement structure. The first portionincludes a first antennaconnected to the connection structure, and the second portionincludes a second antennaconnected to the measurement structure, the two antennasbeing arranged to be electromagnetically coupled together when the first portionand the second portionare coupled together, so as to enable electrical signals to be transferred between the measurement structureand the connection structure
