Abstract

A method for manufacturing a laminated core, in which while a laminated core bodyformed by caulking and with permanent magnetsinserted in a plurality of magnet insertion holesis held between a resin injection dieand a receiving dieopposed to each other, resin is injected into the magnet insertion holesfrom resin reservoir portions provided to the resin injection dieto fix the permanent magnets, the method comprising: at a time of resin injection, pressing a flat press surfaceof the resin injection dieagainst caulking portionsprotruding from a surface of the laminated core bodyto apply pressure thereto, thereby allowing the surface of the laminated core bodywhereon the caulking portionsare formed to be pressed against the flat press surfaceso as to prevent resin leakage.
