Abstract
The present invention provides a fluoride fluorescent material comprising a chemical composition represented by the following formula (I):K[MMnF]  (I)wherein M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of elements belonging to Groups 4 and 14 of the Periodic Table, and a is a value that satisfies the relationship: 0<a<0.2, and a minimum value of a weight median diameter of the fluoride fluorescent material is 30 μm.
