Abstract
Method and system for removal of soot, ash and heavy metals, and optionally additionally NOand SObeing present in exhaust gas from an engine operated on heavy fuel oil with sulphur content 0.1%-4.0 wt % and a heavy metal element content of 5 mg/kg to 1000 mg/kg.
