Abstract

According to one embodiment, there is provided an information issuance system including: a segmentation unit, an information generating unit and a transmitting unit. The segmentation unit segments a plurality of travelling apparatuses existing within a demand-and-supply adjustment district and travelling by use of electric power into first to N-th groups on the basis of a number of the travelling apparatuses. The information generating unit sets first to N-th target periods different from each other with respect to the first to N-th groups and to generate first to N-th requests for requesting the travelling apparatuses to restrain electric charges from being performed during the first to N-th target periods. The transmitting unit respectively transmits the first to N-th requests to the travelling apparatuses belonging to the first to N-th groups before starts of the first to N-th target periods.
